Immigrate to Yukon Nominee Program was developed to allow the Government of Yukon to nominate potential immigrants based on industrial and economic priorities and labor market conditions; and who, based on Yukon’s assessment, have a strong likelihood of successfully establishing themselves in Yukon society.

The Critical Impact Worker Program and the Skilled Worker Programs are employer-driven; designed to assist Yukon employers, sectors, or governments to identify and nominate potential qualified immigrants to fill positions that cannot be filled by the territorial or national labor market.

There are three programs the Yukon Nominee Program offers the Skilled Worker Program, the Critical Impact Worker Program, and the Business Program.
