Temporary Residence: Canada Visa Fees in Indian Rupees

Canadian student visa fees

To study abroad in Canada, Indian students must submit an application for a study permit. The costs for an Indian student visa to Canada are as follows:

Please be aware that in addition to the above-mentioned payments for Canada visas, the visa applicant must also pay a biometric charge. Each candidate must pay $85 to have their biometric information taken at the VAC. A family of two or more must pay a $170 biometric fee. A transit visa does not require a biometric fee.

Additional Fees

There are additional costs involved with obtaining a Canada visa from India in addition to the ones stated above, such as biometric fees, medical test expenses, and IELTS fees, among others.

Biological fees

The following visas require applicants to submit their biometrics (fingerprints and photos):

Test of Language Proficiency
